Reliance Global Call - Poor Customer Service
I had activated "Value Plan" of "Reliance Global Plan (RGP)" to make calls to India during the working hours. The service is unsatisfactory and call were dropped in the middle of conversations.
Further, upon contacting the customer service on three consecutive days the problems were not resolved.
Although, my credit card was charged and I had minutes in my phone plan, I was unable to make phone calls to India. In summary, unless one is able to manage the account on line (the website is also not very friendly) and the customer service is improved, I would not consider anyone to use any plan from RGP.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Improve the customer service.
