This Co. has turned into a fraud funnel. Stay away!
When I try to recharge and add money to the account, I could not do it today. I had to chat online and they suggested that I get a call back. They sent me a link and it was noted that there would be a five dollar charge, but it was refundable. But in the fine print you could see there was a $65 per month charge.
I did not pursue this.
I tried to enter a credit card number prior to this and it was rejected. Thats why I got online for customer service chat.
Then shortly thereafter Chase send me a message, suspecting fraudulent activity on the card that I used.
They did not put the charge through and theyre sending me a new card.
Then when I tried to call their 800 number for reliance, I got connected to some message about record showing that I had a car accident and wanted to know if I got just compensation.
Add all these up, and I do believe that this company has become a funnel for fraudulent activity.
It used to be easy to recharge your account and add money to a credit card but now you cant do it and the way that they route you seemingly send you two away for somebody to steal your credit card information, and to sign you up for an exorbitant monthly charge on the car that you use. Definitely stay away.

Since 6 months, no one has picked up and I cannot talk to customer service. I need to open a new account, but there is no way.

Billing and payment
- - My account is disabled and I cannot log in.
- - My card changed and needs updating; reminders go out and I get no replies.
My account is disabled, and no one is contacting me at all. I sent my credit card has changed and just needs to be updated.
I cannot log in to the account as they have disabled it. They are sending reminders, and I am replying to them with the actual status.
No one is replying back. I have sent 5-6 emails and chatted several times.
Preferred solution: To be able to make payments and open the account with some free benifit

- - They charge the account even when unused and you can’t cancel until you pay.
- - Support is unresponsive; chat never replies and emails are form letters.
They charge money to the account even when it isn't used but won't allow you to cancel the account until the amount is paid. It is impossible to contact customer support - the chat says 20 minutes but you can wait forever and nobody ever responds.
If you email you get a form letter. the worst service possible.

None of the support numbers work, except one where a male voice picks up, says "hello", and immediately disconnects.
The 'Chat' person disconnected and could not wait 2 minutes till I assorted some information.
This is the worst customer support I have experienced in my life. Honestly.

A friend of mine had an account with them. He basically said now that money is completely lost. Reliance global has yes, become corrupted.
