Balance expire
I had about $107 in my account and RGC took my funds away saying it expired. I had used this service for many years and never had an issue about the balance expiring.
It is new policy but my thing is funds should never expire. Don't use it, many more options out there.

Poor Service
After registering they were supposed to send the PIN over email. It's been more than 3 hours, still waiting for the PIN to arrive. Pathetic customer support !!

I've been a RGC customer for ever. But now they must be struggling because they are always pushing me to buy minutes when I already have sufficient balance. I use whatsap for most of my India contacts
Reliance Global Call only wants your money; they have zero true customer service. I recharged $10 worth to reach those contacts that I can't reach otherwise because they don't have whatsapp; I add $10 balance, made only a 2-minute phone call and am unable to use the rest balance but they.
To add to my misery they bombard me with emails to recharge. WTF?
The only way I can come back to Reliance is to be given use of the minutes I've bought, AND they should stop hounding me. This is my absolute last warning to RGC.

They will not let me use my balance left in my account; they want me to recharge the account every time I want to make a call.
I have a positive balance that I wish to draw down to zero and terminate my account with Reliance. I'm unable to do this; please help

Terrible service, no customer support
Signed up online with my new phone number and email ID. They take your full details, name, phone, email, credit card details but there is no way to setup a password.
So once the account is created and the credit card is charged, there is no way to login into the application and setup a PIN. The forgot password option also doesn't work.
I am waiting for the credit card transaction to process so that I can go ahead and dispute it. What a pathetic service from the company like Reliance.

Hopelessly poor customer service .
We were told our account was on the hold, so we tried to reach customer service by phone and online. We tried for two hours without success. We still don't know why our account is on hold.

No service!!
Prepaid service and downloaded the application. Did not receive any pin
or anything!!
Tried customer service number and after a few rings it gets
disconnected!! Application asking for access to photos!!
If India has
so many people in IT field, wonder who designed this application for
Reliance!! I am about to reverse the credit card charge if I do not hear
from them!!
