Reliance Global Call - Wrong information provided

the website offers 600 international calling minutes for calling card per month. They sent an email with welcome package stating how to use the service and gave an access number. I received only 200 minutes and when I called they informed me that I was not using right access number. How would I know about the number when they explicitly sent one number in email?
